Recommend you find a different company. I am 2 months behind schedule because I was told the weather caused a problem and they could not pull forms from one location to go to another location. So this tells me they only have one set of forms and are incapable of working multiple job sites. Second I was given a labor price but it did not break down the service price for the forms and other equipment which was used. So based on my caculations they made a substantial profit since the forms are already paid for they hide the cost in labor. From my perspective this company is very disorganized and not well managed. Again recommend if you are going to pay top dollar for a poured basement get a company out of Columbus or Ashland who can meet time lines and show were every dollar you spend goes.
